Product Overview

Milspec 3 Position Active Reset Conversion

This is the 3 position FRT with the "normal" milspec safety you know and love.

A product that is as clone correct as it gets.

S7 tool steel lever. 4140 selector lever.

Trigger Compatibility:
So far we have successfully live fire tested with:
- "Square Back" Milspec: ,  Anderson, ALG ACT, BCM QMS
- "Drop back" Milspec: PSA, most generic AR-15 triggers

Successful Dry Fire Tested:
- Geissele SD3G
- LaRue MBT-2S
- Super Safety Cut mil spec triggers (May drop the hammer too early during live fire, your mileage may vary, but you may be able to replace your super safety cam+lever+detent with the MARC and be good to go)

Unsuccessful Function:
- Schmid 2 stage (the one with the captive disconnector) - This should be easy to fix. Unable to pull trigger in FRT position, indicating that the trigger extends too far back. Simply sanding/grinding the back face of the trigger should fix it. Should be much less sensitive a cut (higher tolerance) than a super safety cut, for instance.

Disclaimer:
Compared to other similar products on the market, the "arm" or "lever" of the MARC is

A. made of properly heat treated S7 tool steel.

B). Proper dimensions so that it shouldn't bind on the trigger while the hammer is cocked farther back by the bolt.

C) Sharp corners and such are rounded to prevent crack formation. That being said, 9mm blowback ARs without proper tuning will cause premature wear. We will warranty any that deform regardless, but at this time we strongly recommending a 10+oz buffer weight or a captured/hydraulic buffer (the heaviest that is available) with these if you're planning on running them with a blowback 9mm.

In principle the MARC DOES operate in a similar fashion but IS distinct because of the multitude of functional and aesthetic improvements made to a good idea executed to a standard that we at CFA do not find to be reliable or trustworthy long term when intended to be used in life saving equipment.

This is legally a semi auto parts kit only and IS NOT capable of enabling full auto fire! This kit actively resets the trigger and provides one round per trigger pull. If you have concerns please refer to the following ATF.gov case review in which declares forced reset trigger to be legally semi automatic FRT Legal Determination.
